Womble, CPA, ABV, CVA, BVAL, CFF with Williams Overman Pierce, LLP demonstrate what attorneys should know when they are faced with a financial expert on the witness stand and what CPAs should know about being a financial expert on the witness stand. Two veteran trial attorneys will discuss their objectives and then conduct a direct and cross examination of a CPA in a simulated court trial. Wiley F. Bowen, a retired Superior Court Judge from North Carolina’s 11th Judicial District will serve as the Judge in this mock trial and will render a verdict and then offer his insights into the proceedings.
